Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned after deducting any winnings generated, which shall be void and forfeited in their entirety.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 9piso Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 9piso discovers that a user holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different identifying information — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and not misleading. 9piso is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information you provide.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All transactions and activities conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to and charged to you, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.
9piso reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reason to believe that the registration or account activity violates these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations.
9piso processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.
All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits from payment methods owned or operated by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to gameplay conduct and outcomes, while these Terms govern account, financial, and platform-level matters.
For live dealer casino games, 9piso relies on live video feeds and outcomes determined in real time by professional dealers operating in licensed studio environments. For digital games (slots, virtual sports, and RNG-based table games), outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that are independently tested for fairness.
If a live dealer game stream is interrupted due to technical failure before a betting round is complete, 9piso's standard policy is to void the incomplete round and return wagers to player accounts. However, if the outcome of the round was already determined before the interruption, the result stands.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at each table and game interface. 9piso reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9piso Platform. Violation of any provision below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Users who wish to self-exclude may do so through the account settings page or by contacting the 9piso support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the closure of the account to real-money gameplay. Any pending withdrawal at the time of self-exclusion will be processed normally.

9piso reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its absolute discretion, including for suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or any other reason that the Company deems sufficient in its reasonable judgment.
In the event of account closure by 9piso for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the user, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings still subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 9piso support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned within the same timeframe.
All content on the 9piso Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 9piso or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; use the Platform for data mining or scraping; or reproduce the 9piso name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9piso, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 9piso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9piso's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user into their 9piso account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 9piso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
9piso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at 9piso.co/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9piso processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It will only be shared with third parties where necessary for platform operation (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers) or where required by law, regulation, or lawful order.
9piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at 9piso.co/terms-conditions. For material changes, 9piso will endeavour to provide notice to registered users via account notification or email at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure at any time.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute between you and 9piso shall first be referred to 9piso's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
